Divorce at Elysee Palace

Elysée Palace [1] (for the moment, there is nothing on the official site) announced Thursday, October 18th, that Nicolas and Cecilia Sarkozy have officially divorced on Monday, October 15th, as Magistrate of Nanterre officialized judgement. [2]

Cecilia was really unhappy with its first-lady new status. She rarely was with her ex-husband for receptions, parties or during his official ceremonies. Cecelia and Nicolas separates then after an 11-year-marriage for which they had their son Louis, 10. The Sarkozys were already separated during some months between 2005 and 2006.

After Ségolène and François, Cecilia and Nicolas, who gonna be the next ?

Conclusion of the UN Commission

The IPCC ( Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change ) has released its conclusion on the changing climateon Earth. Its report said the temperatures will increase by about 1.8 to 4 Celsuis grades. The projections claimed also that the sea level by about 40 cm and tropical storms will be stronger. There will also be more heatwaves in regions that are not supposed to be so hot.

The IPCC is blaming the human industrial activites since the middle of XVIII th Century. A report has already claimed that the Human activities is “likely” laying behind the changing conditions and weather. According to IPCC, “likely” is 66 to 90% of probability.

“We can be very confident that the net effect of human activity since 1750 has been one of warming,” co-lead author Dr Susan Soloman told delegates in Paris.

C’est un petit garçon, dont les parents viennent d’obtenir le divorce, qui se retrouve avec le juge :

hier, en finissant l’examen CISCO (supposé être l’avant dernier de ma carrière d’étudiant), je me suis rappelé cette phrase que j’ai vu pour la première fois dans le livre de lecture de 1ère année primaire, un 15 ou 16 septembre 1988 :
